Enphase does not have a Dual micro inverter. Enphase does not believe in the concept of more then one panel per micro

No Enphase does not currently (Feb 2023) have a quad microinverter. They do have a dual microinverter though – IQ8D [ https://enphase.com/download/iq8d-microinverter-data-sheet ].
