They knew nothing about this industry and just wanted to cash on like they did at Amazon. They did nothing to prepare the company for NEM 3 in Ca. They ignored the sales teams pleas for changes when we saw what was happening and they allowed the sales manager to advance to position they knew nothing about. Those manager made changes to what states we sold in, taking some of us out of CA where we sold in volume unseen and put in in states where we had no experience and put their own direct reports in CA to benefit from those sales. One employee was getting 9 leads a day, and would close the deal only to have the homeowner cancel due to her lack of knowledge in that state. Her idiot manager let it happen and it cost SunPower millions.
