Right now I have two Fronius Primo grid tied units on my particular system. It sounds like I could use this GEN24 as a replacement for the Primo units and add battery storage to the system. This would be more cost effective than what I am considering now two isolated systems wth the capability to parallel the battery driven system with the grid tied system and be able to use the GEN24 system after hours as a self consumption system and resilience system any time the power goes out or a TOU rate spiking increase kicks in. Yeah that might work, replace two Primo units with GEN24 units and add say a Simpliphi B6.6 stackable system as battery backup when the sun goes down. It is becoming possible for one to put together their own home micro-grid and create the practice of a grid agnostic system.
