What does Solar Power World cover?
SPW covers all aspects of developing and installing solar PV across the United States, including technology developments relevant to our contractor/installer-based audience. The publication also turns an eye to its readership, often featuring solar contractors and installers, especially in the Top Solar Contractors issue. SPW shares content that will help solar contractors and installers grow successful businesses.
Does Solar Power World accept vendor-submitted contributions?
SPW accepts contributed articles, as long as they are relevant to our contractor/installer-based audience. Please reach out to an editor before submitting an article to ensure an editorial partnership would be beneficial. We do not promote vendor-specific sales pitches; look over our features section for appropriate tone.
Where will an accepted article be published?
Articles will always be published online. It will then be shared via social media and often through weekly e-newsletters. An editor may also elect to run an article in the bi-monthly print issue. What gets “printed” is decided via a combination of known factors: available space, issue content focus, working relationships, web success, artwork and timelines.
