Method
Ingredients
- 1 premade pizza base
- 1 small ribeye or sirloin steak
- Olive oil
- ½ a red onion, thinly sliced
- Half a ball of torn mozzarella
- Small handful crumbled blue cheese
- A handful of rocket
- Balsamic glaze
- 2 tsp Bart Steak Seasoning
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
2. Rub the steak all over with 2 tsp of olive oil and the Steak Seasoning.
3. Heat a pan over high heat and fry the steak for 2 minutes per side until seared all over. It will cook more in the oven, so you want it quite rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
4. Brush the flatbread with olive oil and layer with red onion, torn mozzarella, and crumbled blue cheese.
5. Arrange the sliced steak over the top.
6. Bake for 7–9 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
7. Remove from oven and top with rocket and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
8. Slice and serve immediately.
